2026–2027 Board of Directors Announcement The Association would like to thank all owners who participated in the 2026 Annual Election and for the continued support and involvement in our community. 50 YR BUILDING RECERTIFICATION HAS BEEN GRANTED We are excited to announce that the City of Miami Beachhas officially granted the 50-Year Recertification for 401 BLU of North Beach Condominium Association, Inc. This is a major milestone for our community, and we would like to sincerely thank everyone involved throughout the process, including our Board Members, engineers, contractors, professionals, staff, and residents. We greatly appreciate the patience, cooperation, and support of our owners and residents during the inspections and improvement work completed.
